It has excellent oils in it, such as Babasoo, and hydrolyzed proteins like silk and rice. It also has bamboo extract, which is excellent for protection. And Smells like Maui Waui! These bars are 2.8 ounces each and will last between 30 and 60 days, depending on how often you wash your hair and how long or short it is.
